Process
Login with Your
Card Information and SMS Verification Code (will
be received by SMS)
Fill Up Information Change Form Carefully and
Print it.
Signature Your Print Application Form and Submit
Online
All Necessary Paper Scan Copy to Prove you
Change Information. Submit Online
To Visit “রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফরম পুরন করতে চাই” and Fill Up All
Information Correctly at Application Form
Enter Your 13 Digit national ID card Number.
(Please Add Your Birth Day year if not Included.
Example: Red Color ID Card No. 1235424891045

Then Write it Like 19901235424891045, if Your
Birth Year 1990)

Select Your Birth Date (Check at your National ID
Card For Date)

Give Your Mobile Number Correctly (Please Write
Correct No. it Will be Need For Verification SMS)

Enter E-mail ID (But Not Necessary )

To give Present Address Information
Enter Present Address Division, District and
Upzilla/Thana According To National ID Card

To give Permanent Address Information
Enter Present Address Division, District and
Upzilla/Thana According To National ID Card

To give Login Password:
Password Must be Between 8-13 Digit Include
Capital Latter and Number. (Exp: Health Talk)
Now Fill up Captca Code Correctly. and Click
Registration ( “রেজিষ্টার” )
Apply for NID Correction
If All registration Process done correctly; Then A
Verification Code Will be Send Your Mobile Phone
and A Option Will be found For Enter Verification
Code and Submit For Registration.

Note: If Verification Code Will be not received on
your phone within 2-3 Minute Then Request Again
For Verification Code.

When completed your all process of Registration
then you can login in your NID panel.

Enter your National Identity Card Number, Date of
Birth and Password (Which are given by you) and
Select Verification Code Receive Option. How you
